Coaching for a Cause is one way that ActionCOACH Business Coaches give back to their communities by providing pro-bono business coaching to local nonprofit organizations.

It is in our corporate DNA to give back and to provide education in our communities in order to spread abundance. Coaching for a Cause achieves both. By donating time to a nonprofit or charitable organization, our coaches share knowledge and educate the managers of those organizations to help them be better leaders. If service and nonprofit organizations are more successful and can serve more in need within the community, it elevates the level of abundance for all.

Coaching for a Cause is 100% voluntary, and coaches from around the globe report their successes and share best practices, sharing key learnings with the rest of the ActionCOACH community. The YESS Program is a great way to light the spark of entrepreneurship in students. Giving students relevant and real-world business education can help inspire and motivate them to succeed, no matter which path they plan to follow.

Youth thrive when they are given the chance. YESS Program is a great opportunity to expose your child to life-changing, real-world education. Change Your World (CYW) Transformation Tables

The Maxwell Leadership Foundation (MLF) has created ChangeYourWorld.com to create Transformation Tables at no cost to you or to anyone, anywhere, who wants to make a difference.

You can bring about positive, lasting change in the world, and you don’t have to be rich and famous or lead a big organization to do it. For many of us, the world we live in feels broken, yet change is easier than we think.

CYW Transformation Tables are values-based leadership lessons experienced in a group setting of 4-9 people. You'll start with Value Tables, six lessons on key universal values: (1) Hope, (2) Listening, (3) Valuing Every Person, (4) Integrity, (5) Forgiveness, and (6) Multiplication.

Each week you will take time to practically apply these lessons in your daily life, leading to personal growth and transformation!

You only need to commit to one hour a week for six weeks - and it's completely free!

After completing Value Tables, the next phase of your CYW Journey is Action Tables. These tables build on the foundation of good values and focus on learning to make a difference by intentionally taking action each day and with other people.
